Since many of you are curious as to what I do at the gym and how I keep my body so fit and tight. I thought I would start a fitness blog and share one of my biggest passions right now which is working out. Below are a few fitness videos I like of hot girls I follow on you tube who are working out at the gym. Many of these girls do workouts similar to what I do at the gym 6 days a week.

In this first video, this is a similar workout I do for my arms which are getting pretty toned now like many of the ladies in these videos. I like looking at all these girls bodies to make sure I am not getting too built because for whatever reason, my body puts on muscle pretty easy. I could probably be a body builder if I wanted to. I have the muscle cooperation for it, but I don’t want to do that right now.
This is 4/22/17 and my current goal at the gym is to build my booty, quads, hamstrings and calves out more. I do get a lot of compliments about my ass and legs but I want to put on a little more muscle and build them out more. I am really excited about being able to reshape my body the way I want it to be without needing surgery
I even managed to make my boobs bigger, fuller and rounder without the need for implants lol. That I am super happy about because now I look better in bras and clothes than before and I love playing with them and oiling them up after my shower. I made them bigger because I am eating more food to build more muscle and I started taking special herbs that make your boobs bigger.
My diet has also changed to build more muscle down below and I eat about 2,500 cal per day and drink more water – about 1 gal pr day. For me working out on weights is joyful because it makes me feel and look stronger and I love having a tight, fit body I am proud of.

The first picture below in the green panties I took 4/19/17 and the other one I took a year ago. You can definitely see a difference in both pics! In the green panties taken a few days ago, my booty is more tight, toned, lifted, bigger, fuller and rounder and my legs are bigger. In the 2nd pic in the purple lingerie this was taken last spring, my butt is flatter and smaller as well as my legs. My body is almost there but not yet where I want it to be. My progress will be faster now because last year I was dealing with fatigue issues due to an underactive thyroid and I was not eating enough calories or working out a lot at the gym. I am putting my nose to the grindstone now because I am really intending to build out my legs more. I have no intention of looking like a muscled body builder because I am 5′ 2″ and it would make me look very stocky and I want to remain feminine looking, but I want some more girth on my legs and booty.

This one is more glute oriented. Gotta keep my booty tight! I have been asked what part of the body I love to work out the most and it is the glutes for sure!
